Our client, a leading InvIT /REIT based in Mumbai is looking to hire someone to head their Company Secretary and a Compliance function.
The ideal candidate would have over 12-20 years of experience and exposure to SEBI Compliances Corporate Governance, Regulatory Filings, Disclosures, and Board Support across a listed company with multiple entities.
Qualified Company Secretary is a mandatory requirement for this role. Ideal : CS + LLB
