Role Description The Head of Commercial will lead and grow Brickfolio's commercial real estate business, overseeing strategy, operations, and revenue generation for the commercial portfolio. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for managing key client relationships, driving commercial leasing and sales initiatives, and identifying new business opportunities in target markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing commercial business plans, reviewing market trends and financial performance, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality client solutions. The role also involves mentoring and guiding the commercial team, setting performance targets, and ensuring adherence to company standards and compliance requirements. The Head of Commercial will collaborate closely with senior leadership to shape long-term commercial strategy and support the overall growth of Brickfolio's services.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Commercial Management and Business Planning skills, including experience in developing and executing commercial real estate strategies.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge to assess market trends, evaluate investments, and manage commercial P&L responsibly.
• Candidates should possess effective Team Management and leadership capabilities, with experience guiding sales or commercial teams toward defined targets.
• Candidates should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Candidates should possess a proven track record in commercial real estate, consulting, or related sectors; a bachelor's or master's degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
• Candidates should possess strong organizational abilities, familiarity with CRM or sales management tools, and the capacity to work on-site in Bengaluru.
