Practice Leadership & Growth

• Establish, scale, and lead a world-class Digital Utilities practice, driving capability development, market differentiation, and business growth.
• Define the strategic roadmap, service portfolio, and go-to-market approach for the Utilities business.

Financial Ownership

• Own the financial performance of the solutions for the Utilities practice, including revenue growth, Gross Margin (GM), and Contribution Margin (CM).
• Drive profitability through effective portfolio management, resource optimisation, and strategic investments.

Business Development & Presales

• Lead and strengthen the presales organisation to create a strong pipeline of opportunities and secure strategic client wins.
• Partner with sales teams to position Utilities offerings and accelerate market penetration.

Service Portfolio Management

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of Utilities service offerings, including the development of new services, enhancement of existing capabilities, and retirement of legacy offerings.
• Continuously align the portfolio with market trends, client needs, and emerging technologies.

AI-Led Transformation

• Champion AI-driven innovation across the Utilities domain, integrating advanced analytics, automation, and intelligent solutions into service offerings.
