Head of Business Operations

Reporting To - Founder / Director

1. Scope of Work

• Coordinate closely with the Sales, HR, Finance, Legal, and Project teams to ensure every department functions effectively and delivers the desired results.
• Build and manage teams for the company's sales vertical.
• Design, implement, and continuously refine internal systems and standard operating procedures covering onboarding, sales, and day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate personnel across the organisation, including discipline, escalation handling, and day-to-day performance management.
• Conduct regular internal review meetings.
• Serve as the central point of coordination across the Sales, HR, Finance, Legal, and Project teams, reporting directly to the Founder / Director.

2. Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: A degree in Business Administration or Management is preferred; equivalent hands-on experience will also be considered.

Experience Required: 8+ years of experience building teams from the ground up, implementing new systems, and successfully developing and executing standard operating procedures - including experience working directly with a Founder, CEO, or COO.

Required Skill Set:

• Proven ability to build and manage teams, and to coordinate personnel effectively
• Experience designing and implementing processes and SOPs from scratch
• Strong organisational and people-management skills
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, still-forming company environment.

3. Mandatory Requirements

• This is an immediate hire.
• Must be comfortable with frequent travel - approximately two days per week to project sites, primarily within Gujarat.

4. Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in real estate and/or sales is strongly preferred.

Location - Ahmedabad, based at HQ, with travel to project sites approximately two days per week (primarily within Gujarat).
