About this role
Role & responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting and overall Finance & Accounts function.
- Balance Sheet, P&L and finalisation of accounts.
- GST, TDS and other statutory compliance and filings.
- Prepare monthly MIS, cash flow and project-wise financial reports.
- Bank, vendor, customer and ledger reconciliations.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants and statutory authorities.
- Handle Assessments & Scrutinies
- Provide timely financial information and analysis to management.
Preferred candidate profile
- Qualified CA
- Experience in Heading the Accounts & Finance function in Real Estate Companies in mid-size companies
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS and accounting principles
- Experience with Tally / ERP systems; Farvision experience would be an advantage
- Good analytical and reconciliation skills
