Head - Marketing Communications

About the Job Role:-

Lead the Marketing Communications function of Khimji Jewellers by developing and executing impactful brand communication across ATL, BTL, Digital, Social Media, Retail Experience, Events and Outdoor Media. Ensure consistent brand positioning, timely campaign execution, effective vendor management, and seamless coordination with retail operations to strengthen customer engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Develop and execute the annual Marcom strategy aligned with business objectives, festive campaigns, new collections and store launches.
• Ensure consistency of the Khimji Jewellers brand across all customer touchpoints.
• Lead ATL, BTL, Digital, Social Media, Outdoor and in-store marketing campaigns.
• Manage creative agencies, production houses, media partners and event agencies.
• Drive content creation including photography, videography, creative design and digital assets.
• Oversee digital and social media communication, influencer collaborations and performance marketing.
• Plan and execute store launches, exhibitions, customer engagement events and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, CRM, Merchandising and Retail Operations.
• Manage the annual Marcom budget and optimize ROI.
• Lead and mentor the in-house Marcom team.

Candidate Profile:-

• Education:
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Advertising or Mass Communication preferred.

• Experience:-

• 0515 years in Marketing Communications with reputed retail brands or advertising agencies.
• Experience in Jewellery, Luxury, Fashion or Lifestyle Retail preferred.
• Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, Digital, Events and Retail Marketing
