Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Head of Logistics & Supply Chain to manage end-to-end logistics operations, with a primary focus on large commercial vehicles, fleet management, and transportation. The role will also oversee warehouse operations, inventory movement, and supply chain coordination to ensure timely, cost-effective, and efficient movement of materials and finished goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end logistics and transportation operations, particularly involving heavy and large commercial vehicles.
• Oversee fleet utilization, route planning, vehicle maintenance, transport costs, and timely delivery of materials and finished goods.
• Manage warehouse operations, material handling, inventory movement, and dispatch activities.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, vendors, and customers to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
• Monitor logistics KPIs, optimize transportation costs, and ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
• Strong hands-on experience in managing large commercial vehicle fleets and transportation operations.
• Working knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, and supply chain coordination.
• Strong leadership, vendor management, planning, and cost-control skills.
