Responsibilities:

• Head the Learning & Development activities of the Company.
• Prepare Scorecards
• Performance Management System
• Identify Training needs
• Prepare IDPs
• Design and implement learning strategies
• Manage training programs
• Develop employees skills and knowledge
• Implement various learning methods
• Arrange for workshops and other trainings
• Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
• Help managers develop their team members through career growth
• Track budgets and negotiate contracts
• Hire and oversee training and L&D Specialists
