• Develop and implement learning strategies to drive business outcomes, improve employee performance, and enhance organizational capabilities.
  
• Design and deliver training programs across various levels of the organization, including leadership development, skill building, and compliance training.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop targeted solutions that meet those needs.
  
• Manage budgets for L&D initiatives and resources effectively to achieve desired results.
  
• Ensure alignment between L&D activities and overall business objectives.
