Head Land Acquisition

• Lead end-to-end land acquisition and aggregation
• Identify and acquire suitable land for renewable energy projects
• Handle landowner negotiations, agreements and documentation
• Manage title verification, land conversion and statutory processes
• Coordinate with Revenue Authorities, Government Departments and local stakeholders
• Manage ROW and land-related issues/disputes
• Build and manage a strong local land acquisition team/network Preferred Profile:
1) Strong experience in Tamil Nadu land acquisition
2)Renewable Energy / Solar / Wind / Power project experience preferred
3)Strong knowledge of local land amp; revenue processes
4)Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
5)Tamil language proficiency and strong local network preferred
