Job Description:

• Maintain relationships with landowners, brokers, consultants, local representatives, and other stakeholders.
• Liaise with statutory authorities and Governmental agencies. Liaise with the district-level departments of land and forest clearance for the project.
• District-level departments of land and forest clearance for the project.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, payment structures, and other acquisition conditions with landowners.
• Coordinate legal and technical due diligence, including verification of title, ownership, encumbrances, land-use classification, zoning, and applicable restrictions.
• Coordinate with internal legal, finance, technical, and planning teams throughout the acquisition process.
• Manage documentation such as Letters of Intent, MoUs, Agreements to Sell, Sale Deeds, Joint Ventures, and other transaction documents.
• Liaise with government departments and local authorities for land conversion,
