Head Interior Design

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the interior design team and ensure smooth project execution.

• Develop and implement design concepts, layouts and material selections in line with project requirements.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and vendors for seamless execution.

• Ensure quality, adherence to timelines and cost control in interior projects.

• Review designs, drawings and site progress, and resolve issues for timely completion.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors and stakeholders.

• Stay updated on design trends, materials and industry best practices.

Job Requirements :

• Any Graduate / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.

• 15–20 years of experience in interior design, project execution or a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of design principles, space planning, materials and finishes.

• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, etc.) is an added advantage.

• Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
