Role Brief:

The role will lead the complete Interior Design and Fit-outs function across projects, covering design development, consultants, execution, quality, commercial control and final handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the interior design, fit-out and finishing function across multiple projects.
• Drive projects from concept, space planning and design development through execution and handover.
• Manage architects, interior designers, PMC/IPC partners, consultants, contractors and vendors.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, materials, mock-ups and design changes.
• Ensure design intent, execution quality, project timelines and cost targets are achieved.
• Drive value engineering and coordinate with procurement/commercial teams.
• Monitor contractor performance and resolve execution-related issues.
• Lead project teams and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish design, fit-out and quality standards across projects.
• Ensure timely completion and high-quality delivery of interiors and finishing works.

Ideal Candidate:

• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in large-scale real estate, commercial, luxury residential, hospitality or high-end interior projects.
• Strong exposure to IPC/PMC, design & build and end-to-end project execution preferred.
• Should have managed large teams, consultants, contractors and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of design, execution, BOQs, materials, quality and commercial aspects.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
