Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Head to drive business growth in the US market for IT consulting and services across Pega and Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business development and revenue growth in the US market.
• Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound/inbound sales.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
• Develop relationships with CXO-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Lead sales presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
• Work closely with delivery and pre-sales teams to create customized solutions.
• Manage and mentor the inside sales team.
