Head Innovation & Startup Ecosystem

T-Hub is looking for an experienced leader to build and scale high-impact startup and innovation programs. We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking, ecosystem depth, strong execution and financial ownership to drive measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the function.
• Build and scale incubation, acceleration and academia-focused programs.
• Drive startup identification, engagement, mentorship, market access and ecosystem partnerships.
• Build strong relationships with government, corporates, academia, investors and ecosystem stakeholders.
• Own governance, compliance, program KPIs and impact reporting.
• Develop sustainable revenue streams and drive financial self-sustainability.
• Lead fundraising through government grants, CSR, foundations and global programs.
• Build and lead a high-performing team with strong ownership and execution.

Who We're Looking For

• 10–15 years of relevant experience across innovation, startups, technology, entrepreneurship or ecosystem development.
• Proven experience owning P&L / financial performance and driving sustainability.
• Strong track record of working with startups and senior government/industry stakeholders.
• Experience working with government programs, grants and academia is preferred.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to independently translate strategy into execution and measurable outcomes.
• Builder mindset — comfortable with ambiguity and willing to be hands-on.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree; technical background preferred.
