Head - Infrastructure & Facility

1. Site Administration:

- Oversee site administration including housekeeping, transport, canteen, guest house, township, temple and office infrastructure.

2. Contract Management:

- Manage all admin related service contracts ensuring SLA adherence.

3. Employee Facilities:

- Ensure timely delivery of employee facilities such as housing, transport, canteen, uniforms, and welfare amenities.

4. Events and Wellness:

- Organize various events and wellness programs in collaboration with relevant teams.

5. Vendor and Asset Management:

- Conduct periodic vendor performance evaluations and maintain accurate records of assets, utilities, and inventory.

6. Infrastructure Maintenance:

- Drive preventive maintenance and infrastructure improvement initiatives.

7. Compliance:

- Ensure statutory and safety compliance with SOPs for all facilities and administrative functions.

8. Sustainability and Cost Optimization:

- Implement cost optimization strategies and sustainability initiatives such as energy conservation and waste management.

9. Resource Management:

- Manage vendor contracts, utilities, and resources with focus on cost optimization and service quality.

10. Workplace Environment:

- Maintain a professional and conducive workplace environment and act as the administrative focal point during senior management and other visits.

11. Budgeting and Control:

- Prepare and control the annual administrative budget ensuring transparency and cost control.

12. Operational Leadership:

- Lead budgeting, cost control, and audit readiness for administrative operations.

13. Stakeholder Liaison:

- Liaise with internal departments, stakeholders, and external agencies for smooth functioning.

14. Employee Satisfaction:

- Maintain high employee satisfaction through effective workplace management and employee facilities.

15. Cross-Functional Representation:

- Represent administration in cross-functional reviews, audits, and management forums.
