We are seeking a visionary Head of IT to lead our technology department into its next phase of growth.

This isn't just a "maintenance" role; we need a leader who remains hands-on with emerging tech, specifically Artificial Intelligence and robust software architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Oversee all IT operations, infrastructure, and cybersecurity protocols.

AI Integration: Design and implement AI-driven solutions to optimise business workflows.

Technical Oversight: Provide high-level guidance on development projects involving Java, Python, and modern frameworks.

Team Management: Mentor a diverse team of developers and systems administrators.

What Were Looking For:

Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role.

Deep technical proficiency in Python (AI/ML libraries) and Java (Enterprise applications).

A "builder" mindset someone who can manage a server hour and audit an API the next.

Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure
