Role Overview:

The Head HR will be responsible for leading the overall HR function and driving people strategies aligned with business objectives. The role will oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, organizational development, compliance, payroll governance, and culture-building initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the overall HR strategy and ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Develop and manage performance management frameworks and processes.

- Drive organizational development and people capability-building initiatives.

- Ensure HR policies, processes, and practices are compliant with applicable regulations.

- Oversee payroll governance and ensure accuracy and timely execution.

- Develop and strengthen organizational culture through effective HR initiatives.

- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders on workforce planning and people-related matters.

- Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to support business and workforce decisions.

- Lead and mentor the HR team and ensure effective delivery of HR operations.
