Head - Human Resources - Internet/Online

Job Description:

- Lead the end-to-end HR function, partnering closely with the leadership team to drive the people agenda in line with business objectives.

- Develop and execute HR strategies across talent acquisition, HR business partnering, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, and HR operations.

- Build and strengthen organizational culture while driving initiatives around employee experience, leadership development, and talent retention.

- Partner with business leaders on organization design, workforce planning, succession planning, and change management initiatives.

- Establish and enhance HR policies, processes, and governance frameworks to support a high-growth, scalable organization.

- Drive performance and talent review processes, ensuring robust capability building and career development across the organization.

- Oversee employee relations, compliance, and statutory requirements while ensuring best-in-class HR practices.

- Leverage people analytics and HR metrics to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-accountability culture.

- Champion diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being initiatives to create an engaging and inclusive workplace.
