Head - Human Resources - IIM/XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the overall HR strategy aligned with the organisation's growth and business priorities.

- Lead talent acquisition across corporate and business teams, including senior and leadership hiring.

- Build and strengthen HR processes across the employee lifecycle - onboarding, performance management, engagement, retention and exits.

- Partner closely with business leaders on organisation structure, workforce planning and people - related decisions.

- Drive performance management, talent development and succession planning across key functions.

- Build a strong employee culture and engagement agenda across a growing organisation.

- Develop HR policies, processes and systems to support scale and consistency.

- Own compensation, rewards and benefits, including benchmarking and annual compensation cycles.

- Lead and mentor the HR team while building a scalable HR function for the next phase of growth.

Ideal Profile:

- MBA/PGDM from a Tier 1 B - school, preferably in HR.

- 12 - 18 years of experience across HR, with strong exposure to both business partnering and talent management.

- Proven experience in building and scaling HR teams and processes in a high - growth organisation.

- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work closely with senior leadership.

- Experience across talent acquisition, performance management, organisation design, employee engagement and rewards.

- Strong understanding of HR systems, processes and people analytics.

- High ownership, strong business orientation and ability to operate in a fast - paced environment.
