We are a fast-growing consumer business with a strong presence across manufacturing and corporate operations, currently scaling its team and organisational capabilities. As the business grows, the organisation is looking to build a strong people function and culture across its corporate office and plant operations.

About The Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Head - Human Resources to build and lead the HR function across the organization. The role will have end-to-end responsibility for Corporate HR and Plant HR, with the prime focus on culture building, talent acquisition and HR business partnering. This is a high-ownership leadership role requiring someone who can build HR processes and capabilities from the ground up while working closely with the business leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Culture & Organisation Development:

- Build and strengthen the organisation's culture, values and employee experience.

- Drive initiatives around employee engagement, leadership effectiveness and organisational development.

- Build scalable people practices aligned with business growth.

2. Talent Acquisition:

- Own end-to-end talent acquisition across corporate and plant functions.

- Build leadership and functional talent pipelines aligned with business requirements.

- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and critical hiring.

3. HR Business Partnering:

- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to the leadership team and functional heads.

- Partner closely with plant leadership on workforce, employee engagement and people-related matters.

- Translate business priorities into effective people strategies and interventions.

4. Plant & Corporate HR:

- Lead HR operations across plants as well as the corporate office.

- Establish appropriate HR policies, processes and governance across locations.

- Build a strong HR team and operating structure to support the organisation's growth.

5. Performance & People Development:

- Drive performance management, talent development and succession planning.

- Build leadership capability and strengthen the organisation's talent pipeline.

- Develop frameworks for employee engagement, retention and capability building.

What We're Looking For:

Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience.

- Experience managing both Plant HR and Corporate HR.

- Strong experience in culture building, Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering.

- Prior experience in a manufacturing, consumer or high-growth environment is preferred.

Leadership & Soft Skills:

- Strong business orientation with the ability to connect people strategy with business objectives.

- Hands-on and entrepreneurial approach with the ability to build from scratch.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- High ownership, maturity and execution orientation.

- Ability to work effectively with senior leadership as well as plant-level teams.
