JOB DESCRIPTION HR HEAD

Position Details

Job Purpose

To lead HR strategy and workforce management for Project, ensuring the right manpower, effective HR operations, employee engagement, performance management and compliance across the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategy, manpower plans and organisation structure aligned with project requirements.
• Lead recruitment and workforce deployment for central, cluster and centre-level positions, including JDs, selection and onboarding.
• Oversee employee lifecycle processes including joining, transfers, deployment, confirmation, performance management and separation.
• Manage HR policies, employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and workplace practices.
• Drive performance management, KRA/KPI processes, appraisal and employee development.
• Coordinate payroll, attendance, leave, HRMS and employee records with relevant teams.
• Plan and monitor employee engagement, retention, welfare and workforce productivity initiatives.
• Coordinate training and capability development with the Training function based on role and performance requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements and company HR policies.
• Monitor workforce credentials, licences, registrations and other role-specific healthcare requirements where applicable.
• Review HR MIS covering headcount, vacancies, recruitment, attrition, attendance, payroll and employee movements.
• Partner with Operations and functional heads on manpower requirements, workforce issues and organisational changes.
• Lead the HR team and ensure timely and effective delivery of HR services across the project.

Qualification & Experience

• MBA / PG in Human Resources, Personnel Management or relevant field.
• Relevant experience in HR management, preferably in healthcare, hospital, diagnostics or large workforce operations.
