About the Role
Aashish Group is looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of HR to lead the
complete Human Resources function. The person will be responsible for developing
effective HR systems, attracting and retaining talent, strengthening employee
engagement, and supporting the organization's overall growth.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the complete HR function across the organization.
Handle end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning and talent acquisition.
Develop and implement HR policies, processes and standard operating
procedures.

Manage employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers and exits.
Drive performance management and appraisal processes.
Develop employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Monitor attendance, payroll coordination, leave and employee records.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Handle employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
Support management in organizational planning and people-related decisions.
Develop training and development initiatives for employees.
Build a strong, professional and performance-oriented organizational culture.
Maintain proper HR documentation, MIS and regular management reports.
Guide and manage the HR team and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
Candidate Profile
•
7+ years of relevant HR experience, with experience in a
leadership/managerial HR role.
•
•
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.
Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, performance management
and labour compliance.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and people-management skills.
Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Should be proactive, organized and capable of independently managing the
HR function.
