Head Human Resource

We are looking for a hands-on HR Head / HR Manager to independently manage the complete HR function and build structured HR systems across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle
• Handle recruitment, manpower planning and hiring for multiple departments
• Manage onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, leave and shifts
• Coordinate payroll inputs, incentives, overtime and deductions
• Implement HR policies, processes and documentation
• Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters
• Manage performance, KRA/KPI, appraisals and training
• Coordinate HR & labour compliance requirements
• Manage resignation, exit, F&F and employee records
• Prepare HR MIS, manpower and attendance reports
• Work closely with Department Heads, Owner and Management

Candidate Profile

• 37 years of relevant HR experience
• Hospitality / Hotel / Restaurant / Club / Resort / Banquet experience preferred
• Experience handling 30100+ employees will be an advantage
• Strong recruitment, employee-handling and HR operations skills
• Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Should be practical, independent and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-shift environment
