Key Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor HR operations across all Pan-India sites.
• Supervise and control Site HR teams and ensure timely HR activities.
• Manpower planning, recruitment, joining, transfers and exits.
• Ensure effective implementation of attendance, leave and HR policies across company.
• Supervision of payroll process, of the company.
• Well verse with various statutory & Legal compliance, requirements for company.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and employee relations.
• Review site-wise HR MIS, identify gaps and ensure corrective actions.
• Conduct periodic site visits and HR audits to ensure process compliance.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Payroll and Management for HR-related matters.
• Drive standardization, process improvement and HR system implementation across locations.
• Ensure monthly HR-MIS presentation to BOD.

Candidate Profile

• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• 10–15 years of HR Head experience, preferably in Infrastructure / Construction / Engineering & multi-location organizations.
• Strong experience in all aspect of HR and Admin management of multi-location company.
• Good knowledge of labor laws, payroll, statutory compliance and HR systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel across India.
• Computer AI literacy will be added advantage.
