  8. Job Summary
  10. We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end HR functions and partner closely with business leaders on people-related matters. The role will involve HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, HR policies, and overall people management.
  12. Key Responsibilities
  13. Manage end-to-end HR operations and the complete employee lifecycle.
  14. Partner with senior management and business heads on HR strategy and people-related matters.
  15. Lead recruitment activities across functions, including senior-level hiring.
  16. Manage onboarding, induction, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
  17. Drive performance management and annual appraisal processes.
  18. Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and SOPs.
  19. Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  20. Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
  21. Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
  22. Prepare and present HR MIS, dashboards, and people analytics to management.
  23. Drive employee engagement, learning & development, and welfare initiatives.
  24. Manage exit processes, including exit interviews and full & final coordination.
  25. Work closely with leadership to identify workforce requirements and organisational development needs.
  26. Lead and mentor junior HR team members, where applicable.
  27. Candidate Profile
  28. Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  29. 7+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a Generalist/HR Operations role.
  30. Strong experience across HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and employee relations.
  31. Prior experience handling HR independently and partnering with senior stakeholders.
  32. Experience in BFSI / Financial Services / Capital Markets would be preferred.
  33. Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
  34. Good knowledge of MS Excel, HRMS, and HR reporting.
