We are looking for a dynamic and strategic HR Head to lead our HR function and drive talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives. The role requires someone who can align HR strategies with business goals while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and frameworks
Drive employee engagement, learning & development, and retention initiatives
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations
Partner with leadership to support organizational growth and culture
Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience in strategic HR planning and execution
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities
