Head HR Industrial Relations and Administration

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage contract labour management, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee HRSD (Human Resource Shared Services) operations, including employee data management, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
• Coordinate union negotiations and labour welfare activities to maintain a positive relationship between the organization and its employees.
• Ensure effective implementation of IR (Industrial Relations) strategies to minimize conflicts and maximize productivity.

Job Requirements :

• 15-30 years of experience in HR & IR roles within an Mining industry setting.
• Strong understanding of contract labour management practices, labour laws, and regulations.
• Proven track record in managing complex HR projects related to plant operations.
