Role & responsibilities

* Develop and communicate the company's vision, mission, and strategic objectives to guide business growth.

* Utilize a proven record of building revenue growth through various initiatives in the hospitality space.

* Lead the executive team in formulating and executing strategies to enhance market presence and competitiveness.

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets for expansion.

* Establish strategic alliances and partnerships to drive revenue growth and market penetration.

* Continuously assess market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.

* Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring financial targets are met.

* Analyse and monitor financial performance, and implement corrective measures as required.

* Ensure consistent brand messaging and image across all touchpoints and platforms.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and industry leaders.

* Develop menu for the restaurant. Will be more responsible towards the *restaurant business rather than hotels*.

Preferred candidate profile

Need candidates having exp. of handling chain of restaurants rather than hotel, should have exp. of daily operational work flows to P&L
