Head - Horeca (6 days working)

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the overall HoReCa sales strategy in line with business objectives.
Drive revenue, volume, distribution, margins, and profitability across the HoReCa channel.
Build and manage relationships with key hotels, restaurants, caterers, QSRs, institutions, and large food-service customers.
Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and strategic accounts.
Develop and manage distributors, super-stockists, and channel partners for HoReCa.
Lead negotiations, commercial agreements, pricing, and customer-specific programs.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
Lead, mentor, and develop the HoReCa sales team to deliver business targets.
Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product teams to ensure seamless customer servicing.
Ensure effective sales forecasting, inventory planning, collections, and receivables management.
Candidate Profile
Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
1015+ years of experience in FMCG/Food/F&B/HoReCa sales, with significant experience in the HoReCa channel.
Proven experience in managing key accounts and building HoReCa business at a regional/national level.
Strong commercial, negotiation, leadership, and relationship-management skills.
