About the Role:
STAN is looking for a data-driven and execution-focused Head of Growth & Performance to lead user acquisition, monetization, and performance marketing at scale. This role will directly impact revenue growth, user engagement, and ROI efficiency across channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end Growth Strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization
- Lead Performance Marketing (Paid Social, Google, Affiliates, Influencer, Partnerships) with strong ROI accountability
- Drive user growth metrics: CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention, ARPU, and cohort analysis
- Build and optimize scalable paid acquisition funnels across India and global markets
- Work closely with Product, Data, and Tech to improve conversion rates and lifecycle journeys
- Develop forecasting models and growth experiments to unlock new channels
- Manage and mentor a high-performance growth team
What We're Looking For:
- 6 - 10 years of experience in Growth / Performance Marketing roles
- Proven track record in scaling consumer apps / gaming / creator platforms
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in attribution, cohort analysis, and funnel optimization
- Deep understanding of performance channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
- Experience managing high monthly ad spends with clear ROI accountability
- Startup experience preferred (high-growth environment)
