Head Growth Marketing - Astrology App

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for the company's astrology platform.
• Manage a team of marketers to achieve business objectives, providing guidance on campaign execution, budget allocation, and performance optimization.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform data-driven marketing decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product development, sales) to identify opportunities for growth and develop joint go-to-market plans.

Job Requirements :

• 10-20 years of experience in growth marketing, customer acquisition, managing P&L or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in driving user acquisition through innovative marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of customer life cycle management from lead generation to conversion.
• Experience with performance marketing channels such as paid social media advertising.
