Role & responsibilities

•Own the P&L for the Company Serviced business in allocated span, including revenue, operating costs, and Contribution Margin.

• Ensure all Company Serviced properties consistently meet defined operating, service, and quality standards.

• Deliver agreed Revenue and CM targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

• Drive corrective action plans for underperforming properties and ensure defined turnaround timelines.

• Work with Revenue teams to establish market-level pricing strategies, demand calendars, right channel mix for inventory utilization and ancillary revenue opportunities

• Own supply growth for the Company Serviced channel in the region, ensuring expansion is aligned to market attractiveness and portfolio profitability.

• Build strong relationships with hotel owners and key partners across the Company Serviced portfolio.

• Partner with central teams on strategic initiatives, process improvements, and new business models.
