Head Financial Reporting (Shift Time 5PM To 2AM)

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Project Accounting, Product Costing, Cost Center & Profitability Accounting processes.
• Manage month-end close, financial reporting, cost allocations, profitability analysis and inventory valuation activities.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance and integrity of financial and management accounting information.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, annual operating planning and performance reporting processes.
• Provide insights on EBIT, profitability, cost optimization and business performance.
• Lead audits, internal controls, compliance and risk management activities.
• Partner with global business leaders and finance stakeholders to support strategic decision making.
• Sponsor process improvement, automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and business integration projects.
• Develop, coach and manage high-performing finance teams while maintaining service excellence.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Business Administration.
• 812+ years of progressive experience in Accounting, Controlling, Costing, Financial Reporting or Shared Services environments.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and people management experience.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in global and multicultural environments.
