Japanese MNC into Automotive manufacturing is looking to hire the following and to be based in Pune

Position Title: AGM/DGM FP&A Head

Reports To: CFO

Function/Department: Finance MIS, Budgeting, FP&A, Forecasting & Reporting

Job Purpose: Lead the FP&A function, driving budgeting, forecasting, MIS, financial digitization, analytics, and reporting. Partner with senior management to support strategic decisions, improve financial performance, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts.
• Drive P&L analysis, profit margin improvement, and scenario planning.
• Deliver accurate MIS, variance analysis, and adhoc reports.
• Implement financial dashboards, predictive modelling, and digitization initiatives.
• Provide actionable insights for cost optimization and efficiency.
• Support RFQ preparation and crossfunctional coordination.
• Partner with business leaders on strategic initiatives, investments, and M&A.
• Lead and mentor FP&A team, ensuring capability development.

Qualifications & Experience:

• CA/MBA (Finance) from reputed institution.
• 12–15 years in FP&A/MIS/Budgeting, with 3+ years in leadership.
• Strong exposure to data analytics & visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Proven track record in multinational corporations (manufacturing/technology/healthcare preferred).
