Key Responsibilities

• Overall Financial Management, Planning & Control
• Expert knowledge of Accounting, Tally Prime & Finalisation of Accounts
• Management of Direct & Indirect Taxation Income Tax, GST & TDS
• Tax Planning and ensuring timely statutory compliances
• Preparation and monitoring of Cash Flow, Fund Flow & Financial MIS
• Funds Planning, working capital management and optimum utilisation of funds
• Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Analysis
• Coordination with Statutory Auditors, Tax Auditors, Banks & Consultants
• Review of Receivables, Payables and Banking operations
• Support management in financial planning and key financial decisions
• Lead, guide and monitor the Accounts & Finance Team
• Ensure strong financial controls, accuracy and timely reporting
