Head - Finance & Accounts - Manufacturing

Job Description:

The Head of Finance and Accounts will oversee the overall finance and accounting operations at APCO Building Solutions, a manufacturing company in the construction and building materials industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing cash flow, banking, vendor payments, taxation, GST compliance, audits, inventory costing, budgeting, factory-wise profitability, and monthly MIS reporting.

- Support the Managing Director in financial planning and working capital management.

- Lead the accounts team, maintain internal controls, and present weekly performance updates to senior management.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 10 - 15 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role, with strong manufacturing finance experience, preferably in a multi-plant setup.

- A CA, Cost Accountant, MBA Finance, or M.Com qualification is preferred.

- The position is based at the corporate office in Bangalore.
