Head - Facility Management

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for managing and maintaining activities related to housekeeping projects, including system, process and delivery, to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction

• Responsible for implementing the operational process, to achieve the business objectives

• Responsible for continual improvement in the processes, and ensure adherence, implementation and establishment of SOPs in the department

• Responsible for achievement of business revenue and profit targets from existing customers and by acquiring new customers

• Responsible for accurately recording the customer requirements, and ensure delivery within the timeline and budget

• Responsible for developing and maintaining a long term relationship with the existing customers

• Responsible for managing the recruitment process to fill existing and new vacancies across management bungalows, guest houses, corporate offices, and all other client locations within agreed timelines

• Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to effectively reduce employee attrition across all client locations, including management bungalows, guest houses, and corporate offices

• Responsible for training of personnel to ensure employees are well-equipped to meet the standards especially for management bungalows, guest house and corporate office

• Responsible for timely delivery and service satisfaction, for the customers as per their requirements

• Responsible for all compliances measures, and ensure adherence to safety procedures and norms, as per the safety guidelines and client location safety policy

• Responsible for enhancing the business service, through bringing in latest tools and equipment's

• Responsible for order inflow in accordance with the annual business plan.

• Responsible for rating customers and obtaining feedback.
