Head Enterprise IT and Cybersecurity

Role mandate

Build and lead NIDOs enterprise technology function covering business systems, ERP, data/BI, internal AI/automation, infrastructure, digital workplace and cybersecurityseparate from NIDOs customer/product technology organisation.

What success looks like

• Create a reliable, secure and scalable enterprise IT architecture for NIDO’s next phase of growth.
• Make ERPNext and connected systems the trusted operating backbone across functions.
• Deliver NIDO AI Hub, My NIDO, data/BI and workflow automation with adoption and governance.
• Improve IT service reliability, asset/cloud discipline, backup/DR and cyber posture.
• Build a lean three-pillar team with clear internal ownership and specialist external support.

Key responsibilities

• Own enterprise IT strategy, architecture, roadmap, budget, vendors and service levels.
• Lead three pillars: Enterprise Applications, Data & AI; Infrastructure, Cloud & Digital Workplace; Cybersecurity, Risk & GRC.
• Own ERPNext roadmap/governance, master-data principles, enterprise integrations and system-of-record architecture.
• Govern NIDO AI Hub, My NIDO, BI/KPI/PMS technology, JiraERPNext and workflow automation.
• Own corporate cloud, M365/OneDrive, networks, endpoints, assets, service desk, backup and DR.
• Own cybersecurity governance, IAM, risk, incident readiness, third-party security and GRC.
• Create project prioritisation, UAT/release governance, adoption/change management and benefits tracking.
• Define hard interfaces with Harsh’s Product & Technology organisation.

Ideal candidate profile

Enterprise IT/business-systems leader who has modernised ERP and digital operations in a growing manufacturing, engineering or multi-function company. Must be equally comfortable with business transformation and technology governance.

Experience & qualifications

• 15+ years enterprise IT/business systems; 5+ years leading multi-pillar IT teams.
• ERP implementation/modernisation leadership essential; ERPNext advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong integration/API, data/BI, cloud/workplace and cybersecurity governance understanding.
• Experience building lean teams and managing MSP/MSSP/SaaS/vendor ecosystems.
• Manufacturing/project/service business exposure strongly preferred
