Head - Enterprise Applications

Role Overview:

Drive enterprise-wide application transformation (ERP, CRM, Digital, Data) aligned with SHV strategy and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Core Responsibilities:

Lead SAP S/4HANA, CRM, Data & AI platforms; drive business value, governance, and transformation delivery.

Desired Experience:

- End-to-end ownership of SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP transformation programs

- Experience in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP CX) and customer journey digitisation

- Proven track record in driving digital transformation, including AI, analytics, and automation

- Experience managing large-scale multi-vendor delivery ecosystems

- Strong exposure to business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Operations

- Experience in industries such as Energy, LPG, Manufacturing, FMCG, or Distribution
