Position : Engineering Head (AGM / DGM)

• Location: Dera Bassi (Main Plant)
• Reporting To: Plant Head
• Experience: 1520 years
• Qualification : BE Mechanical

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in Chemical/ API / Pharmaceutical manufacturing is mandatory.
• Candidates currently working in North India will be preferred.
• Should have worked with chemical manufacturing companies.
• Exposure to manual operations/processes in manufacturing.

Technical & Functional Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for engineering operations of the plant.
• Hands-on exposure to:
• Reactors (approx. 260)
• Boilers
• Thermic Fluid Heater (TFH)
• Utility management
• Refrigeration systems
• Boiler maintenance
• Plant maintenance
• Experience in new building/project execution and plant revamp activities.

Project Exposure

Candidates should have independently handled projects related to:

• Electrical
• Civil
• Mechanical
• Utility

Team Management

• Experience in leading a team of approximately 100 manpower.

Key Focus Areas for Search

• Engineering leaders from chemical/API pharmaceutical manufacturing companies.
• Candidates with strong maintenance, utilities, project execution, and plant engineering exposure.
• Preference for candidates based in or willing to relocate to North India, particularly Dera Bassi.

Action Items

1. Initiate mapping of Engineering Heads/AGM/DGM level professionals from API and chemical manufacturing companies.
2. Prioritize candidates with exposure to large utility infrastructure, reactor operations, and greenfield/brownfield projects.
3. Prepare an initial shortlist for client review based on the above criteria.
