Head - Email Marketing & CRM Retention

Lead & Innovate:

- Own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimisation of high-volume email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).

Customer Journey Architect:

- Design and manage sophisticated customer journeys, automation workflows, and lifecycle communications that drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation.

Personalisation Champion:

- Develop advanced audience segmentation and dynamic content strategies for highly targeted, personalized campaigns.

Collaborate Globally:

- Work closely with UK and India-based marketing, creative, CRM, and analytics teams to deliver engaging, on-brand communications.

Data-Driven Decision Maker:

- Monitor and analyse campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions, deliverability, etc.), conduct A/B testing, and leverage insights to continuously improve results.

Compliance & Best Practices:

- Ensure all campaigns are mobile-optimised, compliant with global email marketing regulations, and uphold best-in-class standards for deliverability and database hygiene.

Reporting & Insights:

- Build dashboards and performance reports to identify trends and actionable insights for ongoing optimisation.

What We're Looking For:

- 10 - 15 years of hands-on experience in Email Marketing, CRM, or Lifecycle Marketing, ideally in ecommerce.

- Proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Audience Builder, segmentation).

- Strong track record managing high-volume, data-driven campaigns and customer lifecycle strategies.

- Experience with AMPscript, dynamic content personalization, and CRM integrations is a plus.

- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications preferred.

- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related postgraduate degree
