Job Description: Head - E-Commerce

Organization: Royaloak - India's Leading Furniture Retail Brand

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Purpose:

Lead and scale Royaloak's E-Commerce business end-to-end - driving online revenue growth, digital customer experience, marketplace operations, and P&L ownership across all digital sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the E-Commerce P&L, driving revenue growth, profitability, and market share across owned website and marketplaces

- Define and execute the overall E-Commerce strategy, including product listing, pricing, promotions, and category growth online

- Manage marketplace operations (Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms), including account management, ratings, and performance metrics

- Lead website/app performance, UX/UI improvements, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)

- Drive digital marketing collaboration (performance marketing, SEO/SEM) to increase online traffic and lead generation

- Oversee E-Commerce supply chain, including inventory planning, order fulfillment, logistics, and returns management

- Build and lead a team across E-Commerce operations, catalog management, digital merchandising, and customer service

- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize online funnel performance

- Collaborate with category, marketing, and warehouse/logistics teams to ensure seamless online-to-delivery experience

- Drive new marketplace partnerships, tie-ups, and expansion into new online sales channels

- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, digital commerce regulations, and data security standards

Qualification:

Education Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.

Experience:

10 - 15 years of experience in E-Commerce, with at least 4 - 5 years in a leadership role managing P&L, marketplace operations, and digital growth - preferably in furniture, home dcor, consumer durables, or retail sectors.
