Head E Commerce

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive business growth.
• Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce platform, including website content and user experience.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and promotions online.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as conversion rates and average order value.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with e-commerce operations, including fraud and data breaches.
