Head - Digital Transformation

Role & responsibilities

1. Digital RFQ & Costing Automation

• Lead implementation of automated RFQ management systems.
• Develop AI-driven costing models covering:
• Material costing, Tooling cost estimation
• Reduce manual dependency in feasibility checks and costing workflows.

2. Integrated Product Engineering (PLM Implementation) - CAD data, BOM, Engineering revisions and change management, digital collaboration with OEM customers.

3. Program / Project Management Digitization

• Digitize APQP and PPAP project tracking systems.
• Build real-time dashboards for - Milestone tracking, Risk management, Deliverables monitoring, Implement automated alerts, workflows, and escalation mechanisms.

4. Tooling & Mold Lifecycle Management - Implement digital systems to track mold lifecycle and performance.

5. Enterprise IT Integration (ERP + MES + PLM)

6. Smart Manufacturing (Industry 4.0)

• Implement - IoT-based machine connectivity (injection molding machines, Digital work instructions on shop floor, Enable data-driven manufacturing operations.

7. Define and execute the digital transformation roadmap aligned with business goals, Establish data governance, cybersecurity, and IT standards, Evaluate and deploy emerging technologies (AI/ML, analytics, cloud platforms).
