About the Role:
We are looking for a high-impact Digital Marketing Head to lead our entire e-commerce ecosystem, P&L ownership, and growth strategies for both domestic and international markets (GCC, US, Europe, Australia).
Key Responsibilities:
- Own online revenue targets and end-to-end P&L management with a strong focus on ROAS, CAC, LTV, and conversion optimization.
- Lead and manage a 20+ member team across Branding, Performance Marketing, Influencer Marketing, SEO, Content, and Marketplace management.
- Drive international market expansion strategies starting with GCC countries, followed by Australia, US, and Germany.
- Establish a data-driven decision-making culture and continuously optimize high-performing growth initiatives.
Mandatory Requirements:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in E-commerce Digital Marketing, D2C brand strategy, and P&L ownership.
- Proven track record in performance marketing, marketplace optimization (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), and scaling online revenue.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week from office (Location: NIBM, Pune).
- Notice Period: Maximum 30 to 60 days (Candidates with 90 days notice period will not be considered).
