Head Design

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the design team to create innovative and user-centered product designs for various IT services and consulting projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, engineering, and project management to ensure seamless integration of design elements into final products.
• Develop high-fidelity prototypes using Figma or similar tools to effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from users to iterate on designs and improve overall product performance.

Job Requirements :

• 12-20 years of experience in UX/UI design with a focus on product design in an IT services or consulting environment.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar visual design tools; strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
• Proven track record of successfully leading design teams or mentoring junior designers; excellent communication skills.
