About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead Design & Engineering activities for Transmission Line EPC projects.
- Review and approve route profiles, tower drawings, stringing layouts, BOQs, design calculations and technical documents.
- Ensure engineering deliverables, GFC drawings and approvals are completed as per project schedules.
- Coordinate with Projects, Procurement, QA/QC, Commercial, consultants, vendors and clients.
- Provide technical support for tendering, BOQs, estimations and design reviews.
- Resolve site engineering issues, technical deviations and design modifications.
- Drive value engineering, cost optimization and standardization.
- Ensure compliance with applicable transmission standards, quality, safety and statutory requirements.
- Lead and develop Design & Engineering teams across multiple projects.
- Experience in Design & Engineering / EPC / Infrastructure / Power Transmission / Construction.
- Strong experience in engineering design, drawings, BOQ, technical coordination and project engineering management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, design and project planning tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects and cross-functional engineering teams.
