Role & responsibilities

• Lead the establishment and growth of the in-house Design & Engineering Center for defense product development, starting with small arms and expanding into advanced defense systems.
• Build engineering capabilities, processes, CAD/PLM systems, design standards, and recruit and mentor a high-performing multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Drive the complete product development lifecycle from requirements, concept, design, prototyping, verification, and manufacturing transfer while improving existing products.
• Develop future capabilities in mechanical, electronics, software, embedded systems, mechatronics, and systems engineering for programs such as RCWS and CUAS.

Preferred candidate profile

12+ years of product engineering experience with strong leadership, manufacturing knowledge, CAD expertise, and the ability to build a disciplined engineering organization
