THE OPPORTUNITY

• This is a leadership role at the intersection of business, design, construction, clients and commercial outcomes.
• As Head Design & Build, you will own the P&L, delivery performance, client relationships and operational scale-up of the business.
• You will lead a high-performing national organisation responsible for delivering some of India's most progressive workplaces from concept and design through execution and handover.

We are looking for someone who can think like an entrepreneur, operate like a business owner and deliver like a seasoned D&B professional.

• CLIENT LEADERS-You are comfortable sitting across the table from a CEO, promoter, workplace head or real estate leader and building long-term relationships.

You should bring:

• 18–25+ years of experience in Design & Build, commercial interiors, construction, workplace or related sectors.
• Proven experience managing large and complex project portfolios.
• Demonstrated P&L / business ownership.
• Strong commercial understanding of pricing, margins, procurement and project economics.
• Experience leading large, multi-disciplinary and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of the complete D&B lifecycle.
• Proven experience engaging with CXO-level clients and senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Ability to operate comfortably between strategy, clients, commercial decisions and project execution.
• Willingness to travel across India.
